RFGH patients and their families now have easy, secure access to their health information via MyHealthChart, a new patient portal. MyHealthChart is accessible on any mobile device or desktop computer, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and allows patients to communicate with their healthcare team in a more timely and efficient manner. All RFGH medical staff are associated with the portal.
Proxy Access
Parents and guardians of minors can also have access to their child's (under 18) portal by proxy. Forms for this can be filled out in your primary care office or in Health Record Services in the hospital.
