Circle of Strength:

Total Wellness Program:

RFGH's free virtual community wellness program (formerly Weigh to Go). Weekly discussions, check-ins, recipes, and activities to promote a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle! Meet our Community Health Educator:

Brittney Watt

Brittney is the Community Health Educator at RFGH. Growing up in this area, she has a strong understanding of the needs our community has. With a background in Mental Health, she will be adding new programs offered by RFGH as well as starting up programs the community is familiar with. Brittney is looking forward to building relationships with individuals who participate in our programs and is open to hearing feedback from the community with any ideas they may have for future programming.
