What to Expect

During your appointment, one of our Registered Dietitians will review your medical history, lifestyle, and nutrition goals. Together, you’ll develop a personalized plan designed to be both practical and sustainable. Follow-up visits help monitor progress and adjust recommendations as your needs change.

Appointments and Referrals

Outpatient nutrition consultations are available by physician referral. Once a referral is received, our office will contact you to schedule an appointment.
