Dr. Irving is board-certified by the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners Diplomate, and by the American Board of Family Medicine. A graduate of the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his residency at McKeesport Hospital in Pennsylvania. He is licensed by the Maine Osteopathic Board of Licensure.
