Outpatient Infusion and Injection Therapies and other procedures are available at Redington-Fairview General Hospital to meet the needs and schedules of your patients. Licensed providers may make referrals for treatments at our clinics.

Here, you will find order forms for some of our standard therapies and procedures. When completing the form, there are specific instructions at the bottom for initiating that service. For instance, some treatments may be directed to our Oncology Clinic or Admissions Office rather than our Infusion Clinic.

Redington-Fairview General Hospital is an independent community hospital located in Skowhegan, Maine. RFGH has provided quality, comprehensive health services to the residents of Somerset County since 1952. A member of the Maine Hospital Association, RFGH offers inpatient and outpatient services in many specialties, has a network of community-based primary care and pediatric physicians, and provides 24-hour emergency medical services.
