The Accounts Payable Clerk Job
Responsibilities include the following:
Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving,
processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and
comparing system reports to balances.
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by
analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities,
verifying federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, and

Requirements:

Working in a fun and supportive team environment, this
position’s responsibilities include lifeguarding, provision of water fitness
instruction, assisting with pool and facility cleaning, and checking in
visitors. Current lifeguard and WSI swim instruction certification desired;
however, training may be provided.
Status: Part Time 26 hours, M-F.

The RMPC Float Medical Assistant performs various activities under the

The Medical
Social Worker assesses patients of all ages potentially at high risk for
social, emotional, mental/behavioral, and medical complications and assists
them in exploring choices available to them, the goal being to reach an optimal
level of independent functioning through the acceptance/modification of their
social, emotional/behavioral and medical status. Responsible for psycho-social
assessments for patient of all ages in all areas of the hospital. Responsible
for discharge planning.
Primary
responsibilities include working closely with interdisciplinary team to
determine patients’ needs and coordinate care needed after discharge from
hospital. Meet with patients and families to determine level of
assistance that can be provided at home after discharge and make referrals to
home health, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, long-term care or
hospice facilities. Connects patients with community resources to
assist patient at home. Plan and attend family meetings with patient and
medical/therapy team. Maintains and fosters relationships with resource
partners, DHHS, regulators, and community leaders. Eliminates barriers to
the patient’s good health and social concerns to decrease readmissions.

assume responsibility for designated areas and/or procedures, must have

over the age span and where appropriate are knowledgeable about the use of age

Requirements: Must be a graduate from an approved Radiologic
Technology program. Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists and maintain current active status. Must hold a current Maine
State license for radiology Technology. BLS required. Previous experience is
desirable.
The registrar functions as a coordinator for registration activities
and is an integral member of the Emergency Department team. The Emergency
Department Registrar works directly with patients, obtaining consents and
completing required forms as mandated by state and federal regulations. The ED
Registrar assists patients with handling clerical problems and resolving any
issues such as incorrect identification.
Status: Full time,
36 hours, 3-12hour shifts, Days. Rotating weekends and Holidays
Qualities: This position
requires exceptional computer skills, a need for general knowledge of
insurance, pre-certifications, medical terminology, and exemplary customer
service skills.
Requirements: High school
diploma. Previous experience in a medical setting preferred.

the direction of the Radiologist, performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasound
procedures. Acquires complete patient history, ensures proper patient
identification, and asses clinical symptoms with relevance to the exam

Ultrasound Technologists are responsible for daily department operations,
patient schedules and scheduling equipment maintenance. Must demonstrate
knowledge and skills necessary to perform exams on patients of all age groups.
Status: Full time, 32 hour. 6a-5p. Responsible for rotating call, every third or fourth weekend call and holiday call rotation.

This is a competent professional registered nurse position
requiring practical and technical skills sufficient to deliver quality nursing
care for newborns, childbearing women and women having OBGYN procedures. She/he
must be able to assess and manage patients during all stages of pregnancy,
labor and delivery, post-partum care, care of the neonate and post surgical
care. The RN must also be able to assess and meet the patient's physical,
emotional and educational needs and have the knowledge to refer to outside
agencies whenever indicated.

manages Obstetrics to join our Family Practice Team. This position is
located at Skowhegan Family Medicine. This is an employed
position. Must be BC/BE within 5 years post Residency Training.
Cross coverage with 7 other Family Providers. Call is 1:6.
