The
Education Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative
assistance to the Education department. Main duties include conference
room scheduling and room preparation, supply ordering, fielding staff and
community education inquiries, organizing and facilitating the general
orientation and education voucher processes, continuing medical education (CME)
coordination, and assisting with other educational initiatives as necessary.
CME
coordination includes the organization and evaluation
of all CME activities for RFGH medical providers, ensuring compliance
with the guidelines of the Maine
Medical Association’s Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education
(ACCME) through record keeping, scheduling
educational sessions, and accreditation-related reporting.
Status: Full time, 7:30am-4:00pm, M-F. Some schedule flexibility required

communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in order to communicate
with a diverse group of medical professionals, staff, and community members. Flexibility, organization, a strong attention to detail, and
ability to work well independently and collaboratively are essential for
success in this role.
Requirements: Strong computer skills are required for this
position. Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Previous education
and/or healthcare experience preferred.
