Location: 46 Fairview Avenue, Skowhegan, ME
From I-95 North or South to Route 201 North: Take exit 133 Skowhegan/Jackman (formerly exit 36). Turn onto Route 201 north. Follow Route 201 for 14.3 miles into Skowhegan to the first traffic light. At the traffic light turn left. Go up hill, at the top of the hill the road splits – bear left onto Fairview Avenue (Route 104). The hospital will be on your left.
From 201 North: Follow Route 201 south into Skowhegan. Go through four traffic lights, go past Skowhegan Savings Bank and bear right onto Island Avenue. Stay in the right lane and go over two bridges to fifth traffic light (Skowhegan Fire Department will be on your left). At the traffic light go straight up the hill. At the top of the hill the road splits, bear left onto Fairview Avenue (Route104). The hospital will be on your left.
From Route 2 East: Follow Route 2 west into Skowhegan. Entering downtown Skowhegan you will pass the Municipal building on your left and the Post Office on your right, continue past Aubuchon Hardware to Madison Avenue (Hights car dealership will be on the corner to your right). Turn left onto Madison Avenue and then a quick right onto Island Avenue. Stay in the right hand lane, go over two bridges to traffic light (Skowhegan Fire station will be on your left). At the traffic light go straight up the hill. At the top of the hill the road splits, bear left onto Fairview Avenue (Route 104). The hospital will be on your left.
From Route 2 West: Follow Route 2 east to Skowhegan. As you come into Skowhegan you will pass Skowhegan Area Middle School, Skowhegan High School, State Police Barracks and West Front Market. Continue to traffic light. At the traffic light take a right. Go up the hill, at the top of the hill the road splits. Bear left onto Fairview Avenue (Route 104). The hospital will be on your left.
NOTE: The first entrance is the Emergency Department entrance. The second entrance is the Main Lobby entrance. This will take you to the Information Desk, Switchboard, Admitting area. If you are a Day Surgery patient, there is designated parking at the Main Lobby entrance.
