SSF is a full service wellness facility dedicated
to all for health benefits. We strive to provide
a non-intimidating atmosphere for all fitness
levels. In trying to have "something for
everyone" we are constantly upgrading and
listen to our members' suggestions. Our locker
rooms are comfortable and each locker room has
a steam room and sauna for relaxation.
Fitness is for everyone no matter what age or
fitness level. Thirty-six group fitness classes
weekly (all levels) including aerobics, yoga,
Pilates, cycling/spinning, step and weight resistance
training. Numerous cardiovascular machines and
two rooms full of weight machines and free weights.
We are here for our members. Our true goal is
to enhance each member's life and health. Our
staff is friendly and caring. Our facility is
constantly being cleaned. Our trainers and instructors
are carefully selected to promote safe and effective
exercising combined with good nutrition. We are
dedicated to our community and active with all
age groups. Please feel free to come look around
