BILLING
& INSURANCE
General Information:
We want your stay at RFGH to be as comfortable
as possible and encourage you to ask questions
or let us know if there is anything more we can
do for you. We are available to explain the billing
and payment procedures, to insure the billing
and payments were handled properly, and to help
you with any questions or concerns. We may be
reached Monday through Friday from 7:00 am —
3:30 pm. (A list of phone number sin locate at
the bottom.)
• If you have
one insurance policy, the insurance company
may pay the bill in full. In this case, you
may not receive a statement from us. IF for
any reason your insurance company does not pay
the balance in full, we will send you a statement
for the remaining balance.
• If you have
two insurance companies, the second insurance
may pay the remaining balance. In this case,
you may not receive a statement from us. If
for any reason, both insurance companies do
not pay the balance in full, a statement will
be sent to you after payment by the second insurance.
Payment is due upon receipt of your statement.
• If you need
to make special payment arrangements, please
contact us at 858-2308 or 858-2307.
• If you have
questions about what your insurance covers,
or deductibles, please call your insurance company.
• In addition
to statements from RFGH, you may receive statements
or bills from other providers or specialists.
• Please
let us know is we can assist you in answering
any questions you may have.
Where can I pay my bill?

• Payment may be made over the phone
with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Please call 858-2323 or 858-2334.
• You may pay your bill in person
at our Cashier's window, located on the first
floor near the hospital's main entrance. The
window is open from 8:00 am — 4:00 PM Monday
through Friday. If you are unable to make it
at that time, you may make cash or check payments
at the switchboard.
• If you are unable to pay your
bill in full, please contact the Patient Accounts
Department at 858-2308 to discuss your options.
We will work with you to set up a payment plan.
You may be eligible for Free Care or Partial
Free Care. Free Care eligibility is based on
guidelines established by the Department of
Health and Human Services.
