Rehab & Fitness Services offers a comprehensive array of inpatient, outpatient and community fitness programs. Our "big tent" multidisciplinary treatment philosophy is based on the notion that because people don`t live or recover in silos, neither should their therapy. Our large team of physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, athletic trainers, personal fitness instructors; as well as support staff all work together under the same roof, dedicated to getting the best outcomes for our patients each and every time. This provides each patient the full measure of our collective experience yet the complete and undivided attention and personalized care of their therapist each visit.

At Rehab & Fitness Services, we offer...

  • Inpatient, acute care PT, OT, Speech-Language Pathology (includes swallowing assessment and treatment) provided 7 days a week by the same, familiar staff in the outpatient clinic.
  • Flexible, work-friendly outpatient therapy appointments:
    Monday & Wednesdays: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm;
    Fridays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm;
    Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Aquatic therapy and numerous community aquatic fitness classes throughout the day and evenings, targeting a variety of ailments and personal health goals. We offer one of the largest therapy pools in Maine! Along with a cooler temperature lap pool for more aggressive exercise and training.
