Somerset Heart Health is one of 31 Healthy Maine Partnership sites whose funding is provided with tobacco settlement money from the Fund for a Healthy Maine, through the Partnership For A Tobacco-Free Maine, Bureau of Health, Department of Human Services.
Somerset Heart Health was developed in 1998 by a group of caring individuals from RFGH and other local community health care providers. We were formerly known as the Somerset County Cardiovascular Health Task Force.
